Mass Firearms NEW 4-hour Defensive Pistol class teaches the fundamentals of defensive shooting in a live fire environment. The first part of the class focuses on technique and practice in a classroom with inert guns, and the second part of the class takes place on our live fire range.
Students of all skill levels are welcome; however students need to be familiar with the basics of shooting.
Topics Covered:
- Combat grip, stance, and trigger control
- Drawing from concealment
- Rapid fire from the holster
- Speed Reloads and Malfunction Drills
- Moving & Shooting
Please bring the following gear to class:
- Your LTC (required)
- Pistol or revolver of your choice (we can provide one for the class...contact the office for details)
- Concealment Holster
- Extra magazine, speed loader or reloading device
- Magazine or speed loader holder (you can use your pocket if that’s how you plan to carry, not recommended)
- Concealment garment
- 150 rounds of ammunition
